Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when the packages are properly sealed and the boxes are undamaged.
Products that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) must be reported and returned to us within 7 days of the billing date.
Non-Returnable Items
Software, digital licenses, clearance/sale items, and customized PC builds.
Product boxes with physical damage, burn marks, or misuse are not covered.
Refund Process
Once the returned product passes inspection, a refund will be initiated within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. POD refunds are processed via bank transfer/UPI.
Replacement Policy
If replacement stock is available, a replacement will be issued instead of a refund by the authorized service center.
