Yes, all our products are brand new, sealed, and sourced directly from authorized distributors and brands with full manufacturer warranty.
Q3: Do you offer assembled PCs or only components?

Q4: How long does delivery take for PC components?
Delivery time usually ranges between 2–7 business days, depending on your location in India. We ship safely with trusted courier partners.
Q5: Do you provide Pay on delivery (POD)?
At present, we support online payments via UPI, debit/credit cards, and net banking. POD may be available on selected orders.
Q6: How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email and a WhatsApp Message to monitor your package in real time.

Yes, every product sold by Qualix IT Solutions carries a brand/manufacturer warranty, ranging from 1 year to 10 years depending on the product.
Q8: What is your return/replacement policy?
We accept returns or replacements only for defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition.
